Magpie portrait

Margaret (Magpie/Mags, formerly known as Maiya) is a character I've had for over a year now. Although the story she was supposed to be in died do to neglect, she's still running strong in my mind. So I decided to do a portrait of her in Photoshop. I think I'll do some of my other characters too.

Mags is a werewolf, in case you didn't understand the shadow wolfy thing behind her. I really tried to capture the look of wariness and caution on her face. She's not always this grim looking, but she dislikes displaying her emotions as they are usually pretty strong.

As for the garment she's wearing, (can't see enough of it to know what it is) it's gray because she studies gray magic at a university. I'll probably describe that in depth in a journal entry or deviation.
